General rules for using our games
These rules apply whenever you place a bet or play a game with us. By opening a game, placing a bet or starting a spin, you confirm that you are using your own account and that you have understood the information shown before play begins. You must be aged 18 or over and permitted to use our services.
We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts as part of our regulatory and safer gambling responsibilities. We may ask you for information or documents before allowing deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or continued play. Account checks can include confirming your identity, age, source of funds or other details needed to operate your account.
One account per player
You may have only one account with us unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use your account personally. You must not allow another person to access your account, place bets for you or use your payment method without proper authorisation.
If we identify duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, suspicious activity or a breach of these rules, we may restrict, suspend or close an account. Where required, we may also cancel affected play, withhold a promotion or take other action under our account terms. We will handle any balance in line with the applicable terms and legal requirements.
Real-money and bonus-balance play
Your available balance may include real-money funds and bonus funds. The balance used for a bet is determined by the account and game rules shown at the time. Real-money play and bonus-balance play can have different conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry provisions, maximum bet restrictions and withdrawal conditions.
Before accepting a bonus, you should read the applicable bonus terms. Those terms explain how the bonus is credited, used and completed. If a bonus is cancelled, expires or is removed because its terms have not been met, the related bonus balance and any associated winnings may be affected as set out in those terms.
Bets are final once placed
A bet, stake or spin is final once it has been accepted by our game system. You cannot cancel, change or withdraw it after acceptance. Please check the stake, selected options and game before confirming play. A bet will not normally be returned because you changed your mind, selected the wrong option or did not notice the stake.
The balance, bet details and game information shown in your account are provided to help you follow your play. You remain responsible for checking those details before you confirm a bet and for keeping your account access secure.
How bets and spins are settled
Bets and spins are settled using the result recorded by the relevant game server. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the provisions about a malfunction or an obvious technical error in these rules and our other applicable terms. The server record may include the game, stake, selections, result, win or loss and settlement time.
The result displayed in the game and recorded in your account determines whether a return is due. If a game displays a win, the applicable amount is credited in accordance with the game rules and the balance rules. If the game displays a loss, the stake is deducted in accordance with those rules. We do not settle a bet by reference to an unofficial result, a screenshot or a result supplied by another person.
Game rules and paytables apply
Each game has its own instructions, paytable and features. These may explain winning combinations, symbols, rounds, multipliers, bonus features, minimum and maximum stakes and how a game responds to a particular selection. You must read the in-game rules and paytable before playing, especially where a feature or outcome is not self-explanatory.
The return-to-player figure for a game is shown in that game. This figure is a long-term theoretical percentage and does not promise a particular return over an individual session, bet or series of spins. Actual results can vary, and a game may produce no return during a particular period of play.
- The game server's recorded result decides the outcome.
- The game's own rules and paytable decide how a winning outcome is calculated.
- The return-to-player figure shown in the game is an indication over the long term, not a guarantee.
- The account and cashier records show the balance movements resulting from accepted play.
Malfunctions and disconnected games
A malfunction includes a fault, interruption, display error, calculation error or other technical problem that affects a game, bet, result, balance or settlement. If a malfunction occurs, all pays and play affected by that malfunction are void. This means that an apparent win, bonus feature, spin or other outcome may not be honoured where the underlying game operation was not valid.
A malfunction may not always be visible immediately. We may correct an incorrect balance entry, remove a payment made because of an error or take other reasonable steps to restore the account to the position that would have applied without the malfunction. We will consider the available technical records when determining what happened.
What happens after a disconnection
If your connection is lost during a game, do not repeatedly press the play button or start another game while the first game may still be processing. A disconnected game may resume when you reconnect. If it cannot resume, it may settle when you reconnect, using the result recorded by the game server.
Closing a browser, losing a connection or leaving a game does not automatically cancel an accepted bet. If the game server has recorded the bet and result, that record applies. If the server has not recorded valid play because of a malfunction, the affected play may be void under these rules.
If a game appears interrupted
Wait for the game to reconnect, then check your balance and game history. If the position is unclear, stop playing that game and contact us with the game name and approximate time.
Rules for bonus play
Bonus funds are not the same as withdrawable real-money funds. Every bonus has terms that explain its eligibility, activation, permitted use and completion. Those terms form part of the rules for the bonus and take priority where they contain a specific condition about that promotion.
Maximum bets and eligible games
A bonus may include a maximum stake per bet, spin or game round. The maximum bet and any other restrictions are shown in the applicable bonus terms. Placing a stake above a stated maximum may result in the bonus being cancelled and associated winnings being removed, where the bonus terms allow this.
Games can contribute differently towards a bonus requirement. Some games may contribute fully, some partly and some not at all. The contribution rate, any excluded games and the amount still required are shown in the bonus terms or in your account. Game contribution does not change the normal rules for the game itself.
Using and completing bonus funds
Bonus funds must be used in the permitted way and within any period stated in the bonus terms. A withdrawal request, account restriction or other event may affect a bonus. If you choose to withdraw before the applicable conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings linked to it may be removed as set out in the relevant terms.
You should look at the bonus status in your account before starting play. If the information shown there differs from your understanding of the offer, contact support before using the bonus. We may correct a bonus balance where it has been credited or calculated incorrectly.
- Follow the bonus terms that apply to the specific offer.
- Stay within the maximum bet shown for bonus play.
- Use games according to their stated contribution rates.
- Check expiry, wagering and withdrawal conditions before requesting a withdrawal.
Live casino and table games
Live casino and table games operate under the game-specific rules shown in the table's help section. Those rules explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, betting sequence, dealing procedure, payout calculation, settlement process and any relevant restrictions. You must read the help information before placing a bet.
Dealer decisions and accepted bets
Dealer decisions made in accordance with the table rules determine how the hand, round or game proceeds. Where the rules allow a decision by the dealer or table system, that decision is final, subject to a confirmed malfunction or an error in the official game record.
Bets are accepted only during the betting period displayed by the table. A late bet is not accepted unless the table system confirms it before betting closes. If a bet is received after the closing signal, it may be rejected, returned or otherwise handled according to the table's game-specific rules. A message on your screen does not replace the table's confirmed record.
If there is a disagreement between an image, stream, message or personal record and the official table record, the official record is used to settle the game, subject to the applicable rules. A delayed stream or interrupted connection does not by itself change a completed round.
Disputes and contacting us
If you believe a bet, spin, bonus or table game has not been settled correctly, contact us promptly so we can look into the matter. Send your dispute to support@casino-fairgo.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
To help us identify the relevant record, include the following information:
- The game or table name.
- The date and approximate time of the bet or spin.
- The round, hand, bet or transaction reference, if shown in your account.
- The stake, result and balance movement you believe is incorrect.
- A clear description of what happened and the outcome you expected.
We may ask for additional information, including account verification details, screenshots or other relevant records. We use our technical logs, game-server records, account history and the rules that applied at the time to determine the outcome. The game-server or official table record remains the primary record for settlement.
Please do not continue placing bets in a game while a possible malfunction or settlement error is being investigated. We will respond through the contact method available on your account or in your message. These rules do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or our wider account terms.
